Team Spotlight: Melanie Arnold-Muse
At Advance Travel & Tourism, the people behind the work are just as important as the campaigns we create. This month, we’re excited to introduce Melanie Arnold-Muse, who brings more than two decades of travel experience—and a genuine passion for connecting people with unforgettable places.
A journey from Key West to Chickamauga
Born and raised in Kentucky, Melanie then traded Bluegrass for teal waters in Key West, Florida. After Hurricane Irma, life pointed her north to Chickamauga, Georgia, where she’s traded ocean breezes for mountain trails—but never lost her love of exploration.
A career built on curiosity and connection
With 20+ years in the travel space, Melanie has seen how tourism helps people step away from the everyday and discover something new.
“I love helping people find great places to escape their everyday worries. That’s what promoting tourism is all about—connecting people to wonderful destinations.”
Favorite destinations and adventures
Ask Melanie for her favorite place, and she’ll say: “Anywhere I haven’t been.” That spirit of curiosity fuels her work and her weekends alike. Outside the office, you’ll often find her on the water, hiking, or practicing martial arts—activities that mirror the energy and focus she brings to every project.
Looking ahead
Now stepping into a role focused exclusively on travel and tourism, Melanie is eager to channel her expertise to help destinations thrive.
“I’m very excited for my passion and love for travel to have a singular focus for the first time in my career.”
We’re thrilled to have Melanie Arnold-Muse on the Advance Travel & Tourism team—and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make as she helps more travelers discover places they’ll love.

AI tools don’t return a list of links. They generate a response using content that [...]

But that’s not how most trips are being decided anymore. Travelers aren’t starting with a place and filling in the details. They’re starting with a need and working toward an answer. That’s where most content breaks. It assumes [...]
