Team Spotlight: Andrew Held

Our next team spotlight features account executive Andrew Held. While new to the industry, Andrew is no stranger to the world of Travel and Tourism.

A lifelong adventurer, Andrew is proud to have explored every state east of the Mississippi, most of Western Europe, and a good chunk of the Caribbean and Central America. He even boasts of having lived in Bermuda for 4 years! Prior to Advance Travel & Tourism, Andrew was very active in the entrepreneurial space, both launching his own ventures and assisting other early-stage businesses navigate their way to success.

Born and raised in Louisville, Andrew has spent his career escaping and returning to the beauty of his home State of Kentucky. His experienced roots in Travel, Hospitality, and Marketing have driven most of his opportunities.

He is a trivia nerd and is more than willing to share obscure facts and tidbits concerning most subjects, but possesses a particular fondness for anything to do with Kentucky…Bourbon in particular. He is a lifelong foodie and has more kitchen gadgets than any one person should ever admit to owning.

Andrew is the first dedicated Account Exec for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and looking forward to making Advance Travel and Tourism a force to be reckoned with from the banks of the Ohio to the Cumberland Gap!
