Team Spotlight: Missy Hoppe

Meet Missy Hoppe, senior account executive for the Northwest team. Missy

What is your favorite place to travel or travel experience?

A couple of years ago, I took a road trip to Glacier National Park. It was breathtaking, especially the “Going-to-the-Sun” Road that runs through the heart of the park. I hiked, paddleboarded, and drove around, admiring the peaks, waterfalls, and wildlife.

What do you love about the Northwest?

I love that the Northwest offers something for everyone. Whether you’re into hiking, relaxing at the beach or sampling food and drinks at local restaurants, the Northwest has it all! Personally, I adore the mountains, tall trees and endless trails to explore.

When you fly, do you go for an aisle or window seat?

Window.

What are some of your hobbies outside of work?

In my free time, I immerse myself in the stunning natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. I love hiking, backpacking, running, paddleboarding, and just about any outdoor activity that lets me soak in the beautiful landscape. After work and on weekends, you’ll find me deep in the woods, exploring trails with my beloved Great Pyrenees, Ladybug, by my side. I also have a passion for discovering the vegan food and wine scene in Portland, especially when it comes to a good brunch!

What motivates you at work?

Having grown up in a tourist town on the East Coast, I understand the vital role tourism plays in local communities. I take great pride in helping travel businesses thrive. By developing and implementing effective advertising strategies, I support the success of individual companies and organizations while contributing to the overall growth of the travel industry. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact our campaigns have on the businesses and organizations we partner with.
