Level One: What Is AI, Really? Key Terms You Actually Need
Let’s get into it.
Let’s start with most obvious question, what is artificial intelligence (AI)?
In it’s simplest terms it’s a machine’s ability to perform tasks that would normally require human intelligence. Tasks such as basic math, image manipulation or data entry are not considered AI, while speech recognition, natural language understanding and being able to make decisions or predictions based on data are.
The guide covers definitions of natural language, machine learning, generative AI, general AI and uses for each.
The first step to becoming a master is to know the terminology.
In our latest whitepaper, we dive into the world of artificial intelligence, with a thorough explainer and workflows you can use immediately. You will brush up on your AI vocabulary, take a look at the strengths of each platform, find out what we’ve discovered from experts in the field, and learn how to put these incoming changes to use.
